Available for free is an Everett upright piano. Serial #90558. Made in about 1953. The piano is in good, but original, condition. It will need some routine maintenance and a pitch correction+tuning to be a decent instrument for beginning piano students. Cosmetic scratches on the case. Soundboard, hammers, plate, and bridges all look good. Bench included.
Looking at about $300-400 in work (including tuning) to get it back in shape.
Taker must move it or have it moved. It is in a basement with about 6 steps to ground level. Most movers quotes have been between 400-600 to move it depending on stairs at your location.
